Here are some of the things people said they already know or do, that were affirmed for them by the session on Tuesday morning...
 

- Formation of the whole person
- Make it visual 
- Value of interaction
- Good to give students opportunity to discuss 
- A warm receptive classroom environment is helpful for students to truly learn, teaching as hospitality 
- Teacher must be wholistic, a student's person matters - investing in the students lives, character, etc.

- Teaching is a shared experience.  Need a variety of approaches; processing is good.
